It's Potty Time!

Today was Grey's last day of school so I figured what better time to start potty training? He was so excited to wear his underwear (thanks Mimi!) that he went on his potty by himself right away!

Family Dinner at Dart Bowl

We celebrated May and some of the June birthdays (there are 5!) this Sunday at Dart Bowl. We took a break from cooking and had nachos and enchiladas a la bowling alley, yummy!

We went to Canyon Lake one weekend to check it out. This was a little park area where you could fish or swim or just take in the beautiful view.

Zoe Adele Sumerlin

Baby Boo Zoe was born on May 9th at 7lbs, 11oz. and 20 inches long. Delivery went very well and everyone came through happy and healthy. Auntie Q is waiting on more pictures...

Spa Weekend for Mother's Day

My friend Amy invited me to join her and her BFF Katharine for a girl's weekend at the Willow Stream Spa in Scottsdale, AZ. We had a nice, relaxing, child-free weekend.

Here we are (A, Q and K) on our last night, getting our drink on with Mindy Sue behind the bar. They had a bottle of Remy Martin something or other that was $3000 a shot. No lie.

Did I say it was a relaxing weekend? On the first night there our toilet over-flowed. Amy sat there with her finger on some thinga-ma-bob in the tank that kept the water from pouring out until plunger man came. We weren't able to get to bed until 11pm! That was our latest night there. Call us lame (which I did) but we have about 2 and a half years worth of sleep to catch up on.
