Rather Large Centipede

Seriously, have you ever seen a bigger insect? Rather, poisonous scolopendromorpha?!? Imagine sitting on your living room floor, WHERE YOUR SMALL CHILDREN PLAY EVERYDAY, cutting fabric for a domestic homemaker-type of project (hence the rulers) when this thing crawls across the floor in front of you! My first thought was to grab the camera. Don't worry, the kids were MIA. My second thought was, "I gotta catch this thing!" So I threw a large serving bowl over it. When Geoff came home and lifted the bowl it was gone! He found it though and then Geoff, in all of his manly glory, killed it =)
